Lucid Dreams

Mnemonic Induced Articulate Dream
This method is familiar within the name MILD and has now been invented as a result of LaBerge.
According to LaBerge this method should be used when you have just awoken from an ordinary dream and you come back to sleep. The most important thing is your intent. You really have to believe what you tell yourself.

It is extremely important to not want to buy too much. Make an attempt to let it arrived at you. If that doesn't work now, it will an additional time. Be patient.
MILD in 3 simple measures:
1 - Keep in mind
Tell yourself that you awake from a dream and you should recall that dream upon awakening. When awakening from a dream, try and remember up to you can.

two - Set your intent
While drifting returning to sleep, concentrate on your intent to keep yourself updated that you are dreaming. Repeat these text, or one you write all by yourself:

I'm going to help dream now. I'm within a dream. I'm alert to my dream.

If you find your thoughts wandering, bring them back softly, and keep repeating which.

3 - Visualise
Now imagine yourself becoming lucid inside your dream. Go back to your dream you had before you decide to woke up and imagine you realize this is the dream. (If you happen to couldn't remember any dreams when getting up, use another wish you previously were recalled). See yourself realising you will be dreaming. Visualise what you may do once you will be lucid. (for instance flying)

Do it again
Repeat steps 2 and 3 and soon you fall asleep.

The dream
If you are successful you will be inside a dream and you should suddenly realize that you're dreaming.
